Prepare
Before you begin, you need to prepare a few things. On top of the list is hygiene. Have a bath (with your partner, if you'd like), and set aside some baby wipes and towels. Take care, too, that your fingernails (and toenails as well) are trimmed - you don't want to end up scratching your partner.

Begin
